Our Policies
Policies on Buying
Pups are $600 plus Kentucky sales tax of six percent. We require a $100 deposit to hold after a pup is picked out. This can be done by debit/credit over the phone. PayPal and cash are other acceptable forms of payment. If a buyer changes his/her mind after giving the deposit, the deposit is nonrefundable. If something happens to the pup on our end, the deposit is refunded.
If someone has more than one pup on hold and decides to not get part of the ones on hold, the deposit for the ones the buyer is declining does not go toward the ones he/she is keeping. Also, deposits do not go toward future purchases.
If someone has a pup on hold and wants to switch it for another pup, we allow switching one time under condition. A pup can only be switched for another available pup that is older or no more than 7 days younger than the one already on hold.
Vet Services
If you want a pup vet checked before you get it, we will do it for $75 for the first pup. Any additional pup you may be getting at that time will be $50 per pup. Most want to do it themselves but some travel a long distance and would rather have it done beforehand. We understand those decisions and make accommodations for it.
48-Hour Guarantee
Once you pick up your pup, you have 48 hours in which to have the pup checked out at your own vet. This expense will be covered by the buyer. If the vet deems that you should not keep said pup, you are allowed to bring it back. We have the right to have the pup in question checked at our vet if we so choose. We do not count Saturday and Sunday as part of the 48-hour evaluation. We, the seller, will not be responsible for any vet bills incurred. The 48 hours is the only time that you will be allowed to bring the pup back if the vet deems it. We do not take pups back after the 48-hour time frame nor pay any future vet bills.
